How and when can my child become a Tiny Talent World member?

Any parent, guardian or adult actor can be members of Tiny Talent World, because we offer local and international management opportunities to all our members. If members don’t have any training and are brand new to the arts and performing arts and the film and television industry, we will suggest the right fit of classes, or agencies if professionally trained. Our Early classes are those from 4 to 17 years. However, if you are an actor looking for an international representation or management, please feel free to sign up with us. Please do not sign up if you don’t have training in any of the arts forms named in our program.

Can my child sign up for camp programs when he/she is not a Tiny Talent World member?

Yes. You will have to pay a regular fee.

Can my child become a member after attending a camp?

Yes. Just enroll your child in one of our memberships.

How much does it cost to be a Tiny Talent World member?

Tiny Talent world classes are based on membership and each membership is based on a six-month commitment and a one-year commitment throughout one’s life as an artist on a self-discovery journey. We have the Platinum one and Platinum six, the Gold one and Gold six and the Silver one and Silver six. We conduct small classes depending on the membership and how many days a week chosen. This way, children will have the attention they deserve and will make lifetime memories, bonding with their craft as an artist and also with their group. Each member will have our undivided attention whatever they choose to study within the arts and performing arts and applied visual arts programs.

If you are a new parent looking to start supporting your child in the business of film and television, just sign your child up for $50 Euros. Once your child comes of age to start training, you can get any of the membership packages, discounted by the $50 Euros.

How long are the classes?

The classes at Tiny Talent World will vary according to students’ age, membership, and what they chose to learn. With the membership package they will choose how many times they want to come each week, dependent on enrolment. Learning time for all Early Stage performers 4 to 7 years old will be limited to 1.5 hours; 8 to 12 years to 2.5 hours; and Main Stages performers 13 to-17 years to 3 hours per class. When you first join all we ask is that you follow the guidelines of your application and pay a deposit to secure your spot. All payments are done online and are explained on our admission and submission page under “Classes.”

How long is a term at Tiny Talent World?

Classes are based on your membership, so your term will be six months or one year. We have local, intensive and international programs for winter, fall and spring, as well as beginner camps for those who wish to be Tiny Talent World members.

What does my child need to wear to Tiny Talent World?

Ask our Tiny Talent principal about what to wear for any scheduled activity and practice, as well as where to obtain it. We also ask that our students wear our logo T-shirt and black leggings or jogging bottoms, dance leggings. Tiny Talent World T-shirts are available for purchase at our centre.

What if I am not able to attend a class?

You are responsible for being on time for your scheduled class. If you cannot attend due to something that is beyond your control, please contact your Tiny Talent World leader immediately, giving as much notice as possible. We encourage students to attend every week, but we understand this is not always possible. Please note: Tiny Talent World does not refund your missed classes.

How much notice do I have to give should I decide to leave Tiny Talent World?

You must give written notice to the leader of Tiny Talent World. Please refer to our Policy and Privacy page for more details.

Camps

Do your teachers carry mobile phones in case of emergency?

All our instructors carry a mobile phone at all times so they can react quickly in case of emergency.

Can Tiny Talent World help with the visa procedure?

Tiny Talent World is happy to issue invitation letters that you can present to the embassy, and that will help the visa process. For students from Ukraine and Russia it is compulsory to present the original invitation letter to the embassy.

Is it possible to have a double room for my children?

Yes, it is possible to have a double room, but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. There is an extra charge per child per day to stay in a double room.

What is the best time to contact our children when they are at your camp?

The best time to call your children is between 18.00 and 20.00 BELGIUM (GMT+1), in order not to disturb the activities.

What kind of insurance is required?

It is compulsory to have health and accident insurance. Tiny Talent World can offer an insurance policy that covers everything.

What is the main language at the camp?

Even though Tiny Talent World is located in Belgium, where French and Dutch (Flemish) are the national languages, English is spoken pretty much everywhere, it’s the main language at our spring, summer and winter camps. All our staff is fluent in English but also speak other languages such as Russian, Swedish, Italian, Arabic, and French.

What is the maximum time my children can spend at the camp?

There is no time limit. Summer camp has 2-week and 3-week sessions, so the minimum stay is 2 weeks and the maximum is 8 weeks.

For the winter camps the minimum stay is 1 week.

What is the difference between 8 and 15 hours of language lessons per week?

During winter and summer, 8 hours of lessons per week teach students the basics of a new language or help to improve skills already acquired at school. 15 hours of language lessons comprise an intensive course and will go deep into the grammar of the new language and bring your children to an advanced level of skills.

Is there an emergency number to contact the camp?

The emergency contact number will be given to you after registration and should only be used for emergencies. (Open 24h.)

What is the mobile phone policy for the children?

Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones during daytime activities for safety reasons and also not to disturb the activities. However, every day they are allowed to pick up their mobile phone at Tiny Talent World reception and use it after their classes from 6 to 8pm.

What kind of food is served at Les Elfes?

Tiny Talent World wants to give their members what’s best for them and therefore has created a well-balanced menu of international food cooked fresh daily that they can buy at the centre. Members can also dine outside at their own expense. Tiny Talent World can cater to any special requirements such as food allergies, religious diet, vegetarian diet, etc.

Are boys and girls in the same chalets?

In Brussels, we propose spring, summer and winter camps. We have 2 chalets next to each other, and boys and girls are separated in the different chalets. Each room accommodates 2–4 students from the same age category. Each room has a private bathroom.

Can you provide a clothing list for the students to bring along?

Tiny Talent World provides you with a list of clothing to bring after the registration of your child is complete and finalized, depending on spring, summer or winter activities.

Is it possible to learn acting?

Of course! Even though acting is a lifetime journey, your child can “take a sip” before committing long term by attending one of our camps or simply enrolling for the six-month membership.

What are the children’s nationalities attending Tiny Talent World?

It is for local and international members from all over the world. Tiny Talent World is proud to welcome all nationalities.

What is the policy about choosing the language courses?

We propose English and teach in English, with the exception of some of our international students who want to finetune their French.

Do you offers transfers from the airport to the camp and back to the airport?

Tiny Talent World offers the possibility of return transfers from and to the airport: pick-up in the Brussels airport to Tiny Talent World studios and return back to the airport. Tiny Talent World has a welcome desk at Brussels airport during summer in the arrival hall.

It is also possible to organize a pick-up from a hotel in Geneva or Lausanne.
