- All or any personal information provided to Tiny Talent World Inc. will be kept confidential for the purposes of administration; research; the provision of teaching services in singing, dance and drama; the organization of performances; and for the administration of Tiny Talent World’s statutory obligations under legislation relating to children. Tiny Talent World will not disclose this information to third parties for marketing purposes. Tiny Talent World itself may use this information to provide marketing information. If you do not wish to receive marketing information from Tiny Talent World, please tick the box provided on the application form.
- By submitting an application form to Tiny Talent World Inc. you are deemed to consent to the use of such Personal Data for the above purposes.
- Any online payments made to Tiny Talent World Inc. are processed securely by Interact Email Transfer, PayPal or direct bank deposit to VANCITY or ING for our EU clients, and the information you provide is communicated in a strongly encrypted format between VANCITY, PayPal or ING and your bank or credit card company. Tiny Talent World Inc. does not directly collect, process or store financial information.
- All payment is made in advance for a half year (6 months) or a year (12 months).

Our online version of the Terms and Conditions will always be the current version.
You will be notified of any substantive changes.2. Acceptance – New Member: Use a hard-copy Application Form or our online application process.
The Application Form will only be considered valid if:
(a) It is signed (in writing or by electronic signature in the online process) by a Parent or Guardian, thereby explicitly accepting the Terms and Conditions;
(b) The Application Fee has been paid;
(c) The documents requested on the Application Form are included.Acceptance of Returning Members
Use our online Re-registration Form and accept the Terms and Conditions to validate the Re-registration Form. On receipt of the Signed Re-registration Form, a place is offered for your child. Rest assured that you and your child are always welcome.
Tiny Talent World Inc. Membership Fees
The enrollment of your child in any of our membership package for a particular time of the year obliges you to pay the applicable application fees. The membership fee is specified in the application form on the Tiny Talent World website. We have very small group classes for all our members; we recommend reserving a spot for your child. The full membership fee must be fully paid in advance before any activity. The memberships fee covers all curricular activities that are compulsory in the arts and performing programs of Tiny Talent World. Additional fees for the Holiday Intensive program, Summer Intensive and field trips will be posted on our website. Please note that our Tiny Talent World members have first access to any activities and events that take place throughout the year. Tiny Talent World membership fees are on a six-month and annual basis; Tiny Talent World reserves the right to modify the membership fees. The modification of membership fees shall be published on the website and you will be notified in writing.
Additional services offered by Tiny Talent World are subject to an additional fee. They include but are not limited to birthday parties, bus service, arts and cultural field trips, birthday parties, parents’ events, lunch service, speech therapy, and tutoring. Each person who has signed the Application or Re-registration Form is liable for these fees and the fee for the chosen membership. Tiny Talent World Inc. reserves the right to decline your child’s attendance at our programs and activities. Activity fees will not be reduced as a result of absence due to illness or other causes. The application fee covers the costs of the Admissions Department processing the initial application. It is nonrefundable whether the application is successful or not.
Tiny Talent World’s Rules
It is a condition that your child follows our guidance, based on current child-safety rules, while on the premises of Tiny Talent World. We are here to learn from your child as well. We are not a school; instead, we act as a facilitator and provide long-lasting guidance that will awaken your child’s artistic ability.You undertake as a parent or guardian to ensure that your child attends punctually all the activities that apply to his or her membership.
Tiny Talent World Inc. reserves the right to search all property on the school premises in accordance with Belgian law. This policy is adopted with the aim of safeguarding the health and safety of our students. No phone or any form of tablet is allowed on our premises. Mandatory on a monthly basis: all guardians or parents will accompany their child at one of their chosen artistic activities presented at the end of every four weeks of class.
Tiny Talent World Inc.’s Obligations
While your child is on our premises and participates in our activities, we will undertake and exercise reasonable skill and care in respect of his or her safety and artistic development. This obligation will apply during and only when they are doing their activities and participating in field trips organized by Tiny Talent World.In accordance with the law, we will not subject your child to corporal punishment. We will not subject your child to physical contact except where such contact may be deemed appropriate in order to avert an immediate danger of personal injury to, or an immediate danger to the property of, a person (including your child). Unless you notify us to the contrary, you consent to your child participating, under proper supervision, in contact theatrical activity and sports and in other normal sports and activities that may entail some risk of physical injury.
If your child requires urgent medical attention while under Tiny Talent World’s care: We will, if practicable, attempt to obtain your prior consent. However, should we be unable to contact you we shall be authorized to make the decision on your behalf should consent be required for urgent treatment (including anesthetic or an operation recommended by a doctor at the nearest hospital).
We shall monitor your child’s progress at Tiny Talent World and hold regular meetings to discuss your child to further her or his artistic ability in film and television. We shall advise you if we have any concerns about your child’s progress, but we do not undertake to diagnose special educational needs – for example, dyslexia or other specific conditions.
The Parents’ or Legal Guardians’ Obligations
It is a condition of your child’s joining Tiny Talent World that you complete and submit a medical questionnaire in respect of your child. You undertake to inform us of any health or medical condition, disability or allergy that your child has or subsequently develops, whether long-term or short-term, including any infections. If Tiny Talent World so requires, due to a health risk either presented by your child to others or presented to your child by others, or by reason of a virus, pandemic, epidemic or other health risk, you will undertake to keep your child at home and not permit him/her to return to Tiny Talent World until such time as the health risk has been averted. You undertake to inform Tiny Talent World of any situations where special arrangements may be needed in relation to your child. Tiny Talent World is entitled to treat any instruction, authority, request or prohibition received from any person who has signed the Application or Re-registration Form as having been given on behalf of both or all such persons.Tiny Talent World expects full attendance during our activities throughout the year with the exception of any additional activities that our members choose not to sign up for.
We cannot accept responsibility for the welfare of your child while off Tiny Talent World Inc.’s premises and before or after the end of our activities unless he/she is taking part in a show, a field trip activity or a cultural artistic exchange activity or otherwise under the supervision of a member of Tiny Talent World’s staff. In order to fulfill our obligations, we need your cooperation, in particular by fulfilling your own obligations under the Terms and Conditions. These include but are not limited to:
- Encouraging your child in his or her artistic development.
- Giving appropriate support at home.
- Keeping Tiny Talent World informed of matters that affect your child.
- Maintaining a courteous and constructive relationship with our staff.
Attending and presenting our monthly given artistic activity that your child presents to his group and attending parents, and maintaining contact with Tiny Talent World regarding your child’s interests is required.
Insurance:
The Tiny Talent World’s insurance policy covers only the students’ general liability to third parties (students / other persons) when they are under Tiny Talent World’s supervision and personal accidents of a student who participates in any school activities as well as for holiday camps, summer camps and field trips and international travel.Tiny Talent World Confidentiality and References:
Any information about your child given to us or by us shall be confidential. We will take care to ensure that all information that is supplied relating to your child is accurate and any opinion given on his/her ability, aptitude for certain courses and character is fair.Termination:
Tiny Talent World Inc. shall be entitled to terminate this agreement forthwith by notice in writing without prejudice to its other remedies and without recourse to the Court, and without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if you are in material breach of any of your obligations outlined by Tiny Talent World Inc.Communications:
All notices required to be given under these Terms and Conditions must be by writing, including e-mail. You undertake to notify Tiny Talent World Inc. of any change of address of any person who has signed the Application Form or Re-registration Form. All communications from Tiny Talent World Inc. will be sent to the address shown in its records.Jurisdiction and Governing Law:
The contract between you and Tiny Talent World is governed by child protection regulations according to the Belgian Law and those of British Columbia, Canada. If you are applying for our North American affiliations or departments you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Columbia court in Canada; if you are an EU client then you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.Miscellaneous:
Tiny Talent World Inc. reserve the right to change or add to these Terms and Conditions from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper development of your child in our Arts and Performing Arts environments. We will send an e-mail regarding any modifications before they take effect.
